Transformation Leadership (TL) by Ford Taylor

This is a powerful curriculum developed by Ford Taylor who took a small one shop company to a national brand and became a Publicly Traded company. Ford’s curriculum provides solid and practical tools for leaders to excel.

These tools were the result of both exhilarating and painful experiences he had in both business and personal life. It is these experiences along with his rich and deep relationship with God that these tools help transform leaders from the inside out.

Below is a link to try out TL and see if this might be something for you to explore and take. Bill Blane is a certified Facilitator for TL, and I would be glad to answer any questions or thoughts you may have this wonderful curriculum.

True Identity Workshop

A.W. Tozer wrote, “What comes into our mind when we think about God is the most important thing about us.” We agree. How you see God shapes how you see yourself—and that perspective is foundational to your leadership.

At New Gates we want you to stand on solid ground: to see and live as one of God’s true sons and daughters. That identity is the key to lasting leadership growth and the mantle God intends for you.

About the workshop

Developed by Bill Blane, this powerful workshop helps leaders discover and embrace their position of true sonship with Father God. Many Christians struggle with confusion about their place in God’s Kingdom—feeling like orphans or even slaves. This curriculum moves you from uncertainty into rooted sonship, where the power, love, and promises of God’s kingdom converge.

What you’ll gain

  • Clarity about your identity as a son or daughter of God

  • A firm, spiritual foundation for leadership and authority

  • Practical pathways to live out sonship in your ministry and everyday life

We’re preparing a workbook version of the workshop for your convenience. Sign up using the button below or go to our Contact page to join our email list and be the first to receive new blogs, videos, and books as they’re released.

Hearing the Father’s Voice

Hearing the Father’s Voice (HFV)

As we grow on our leadership journey to become more like Jesus, learning to hear the Father’s voice becomes a vital skill. Jesus modeled this perfectly: He acted only on what He saw the Father doing and spoke only what He heard the Father say (see John 5:19; John 8:26–27). He lived in daily dependence on the Father—seeking His will and following His lead.

We are called to do the same.

About the HFV workshop

Hearing the Father’s Voice (HFV) is a hands-on workshop designed to help leaders experience the Father’s love and learn to recognize His voice. Through guided practice, teaching, and community, you’ll discover how to discern what God is saying and how to respond with confidence and obedience.

Why this matters

  • Rooted leadership: Hearing God’s voice anchors your decisions in the Father’s wisdom rather than in uncertainty or impulse.

  • Spiritual clarity: Learn to distinguish God’s voice from fear, wishful thinking, and competing influences.

  • Practical maturity: Develop the confidence to act on what you hear—both in everyday leadership and in critical ministry moments.

A process, not a one-time event

Developing the ability to hear God clearly takes time and practice. HFV gives you a safe, structured environment to grow—where mentorship and community accelerate your progress. We walk with you as you build the habit of abiding in the Father and responding to His lead.

Next steps

The HFV curriculum is currently offered as a workshop and will soon be available in a workbook for personal study and group use. Sign up using the button below or go to our Contact page to join our email list and be notified when new blogs, videos, and workbook editions are released.

What we do (Agenda)

We gather to seek the Father’s wisdom for leadership across every area of life. Our sessions include:

  • Listening prayer and scripture-centered counsel

  • Peer counsel and strategic input for leadership issues—whatever you are leading (ministry, business, family, team)

  • Practical next steps and accountability rooted in Kingdom values

  • Time at the close of each meeting in prophetic prayer to hear the Father’s counsel for you, your family, your ministry, and your work

Who this is for:

A leader is anyone who carries influence—over one person or many. CTL (Counsel Table Leadership) is for leaders who want to cultivate godly influence and see the Kingdom manifest through their words, work, and character. Participation is by invitation, and you’re welcome to invite others who will engage respectfully in a spirit-led environment.

CTL Format and model

Our forum follows the pattern of Camelot’s table—leaders coming together to strategize, encourage, and sharpen one another. At our Table, Jesus is the centerpiece; we gather as sons and daughters of the King to seek His counsel for our lives, ministries, and businesses.

Scripture that shapes CTL

  • Matthew 6:33 (Amplified): Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness… and all these things will be given to you.

  • Proverbs 20:5 (Amplified): A plan in the heart of a man is like water in a deep well, but a man of understanding draws it out.

  • Proverbs 16:1–4 (Passion Translation, paraphrase): Make plans, but the Lord directs your steps; He tests motives and works all things together for His purpose.

The Magnificent Leader Assessment - The Journey of Sonship to Father Leader

How you see God and how you see yourself shapes everything about the way you lead. Identity is the starting point for influence: when your view of God is clear and your identity in Him is secure, your leadership becomes steady, grounded, and kingdom-centered.

At New Gates, we help you stand on that firm foundation. We want you to see and live as one of God’s true sons and daughters—because that identity is the key to lasting growth, spiritual authority, and the mantle God intends for you.

What the assessment does

  • Clarifies your current place on the journey from orphan thinking to sonship living

  • Reveals how your beliefs about God and yourself are shaping your leadership decisions and influence

  • Gives you a practical starting point—a GPS—for where to begin growing in maturity, wisdom, and authority

How it helps you move forward

Once you complete the assessment, we’ll help you interpret the results and draw up a clear plan of action. That plan will point to the next steps—coaching, workshops, or resources—that will accelerate your growth toward becoming a True Father Leader who leads like Jesus.

Get started

Take the assessment to discover where you are on your leadership journey and begin building a pathway to deeper identity, clearer vision, and transformational leadership.
