Using proven Transformational Leadership tools—along with customized strategies shaped around you—we coach you through growth, strengthen key areas, and help you achieve the outcomes God is inviting you into. Consulting
As consultants, we honor that you know your organization, ministry, or role better than anyone. Our role is to come alongside you with wisdom, experience, and spiritual discernment—helping you see possibilities, identify solutions, and navigate complexity. We partner with your vision, seek God together, and support you as you make the final, informed decisions for yourself and your team.
Facilitating
We specialize in creating environments where clarity, alignment, and growth can happen. Through intentional facilitation, we help teams engage deeply, think creatively, and move toward meaningful solutions together and with engagement. Whether through structured workshops or custom-designed sessions, we partner with you to strengthen culture, build unity, and produce lasting results.
Mentoring
Mentoring is a relational, life-giving investment that goes beyond skills into identity, wisdom, and formation. At New Gates, we believe mentoring is a rediscovered art—one Jesus modeled powerfully with His disciples. Through intentional one-on-one relationships, mentoring brings depth, perspective, and transformation that continues to bear fruit long after the season ends.
